About:  The Black Betty is Kurtis Woodin's Twin pin model, made to be ridden as an everyday shortboard.  It has single concave to channels in the tail and is a perfect board for nearly any southern California conditions.  It's fast and loose like a twin should be, with a perfect amount of hold due to the pin tail and the channels.  All of Woodin's boards are made by him, by hand, start to finish.
