Return Policy

All items must be new/unused (tags on), free of any scent, stains, or markings.  Please don't send back used or washed items. - if we can't resell it, we can't credit you for the return.

Our Return policy lasts 30 days.

  • To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

  • To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

  • Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

Non-returnable items:

  • Gift cards,
  • Surfboards
  • Oversized items.

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable):

  • Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error
  • Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery
  • Any oversized item (surfboards)

ALL PRODUCTS EXCEPT FOR OVERSIZED ITEMS (SURFBOARDS)

  • Free Exchanges: Want to swap something out? We offer free exchanges or returns for store credit and we pay return shipping.
  • Not vibing the goods? We accept returns within 30 days of purchase for full refunds, customer pays return shipping. We can provide shipping labels if needed. Please note - outbound shipping (if applicable) cannot be refunded.
  • If you need a return or exchange shipping label, just shoot us an email. If you need a return or exchange shipping label, just shoot us an email at dustin@surfersguild.com and we'll make one for you.

  • Defective product? We'll cover it! Don't worry, just reach out to us and we'll make sure your stoke gets back up to a high level.
  • What's an oversized item? Oversized items are large and bulky, such as surfboards. These items will have calculated shipping at check out instead of free shipping. You can also contact us if you have any questions: Dustin@surfersguild.com

     

    OVERSIZED ITEMS & SURFBOARDS:

    Oversized items  and Surfboards

    Oversized Items & Surfboards cost quite a bit to ship ($75-$600) and are extremely fragile. Due to this reason, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on Oversized items or Surfboards - All Sales are Final for these items

     

    WRONG ADDRESSES

    Please ensure you have entered the correct address upon checkout. Once an item is delivered to a shipping carrier, (typically within 1 business day of an order), we have no abilities to change the shipping address. If you contact us before the item is sent to the carrier, we can update your address.

    If an item is deemed undeliverable due to wrong or insufficient address, we cannot refund you your initial shipping charges. If the item is sent back to us, we will issue you a refund for the products less any shipping charges we incurred or are charged, if applicable.  If the package is not returned to us, (i.e. if you sent it to an old address where it was actually delivered and the current resident accepted it) we will not be able to issue a refund. 

    Wrong addresses for international orders are not sent back to us, and these orders cannot be refunded.

    International Orders

    Due to expensive international shipping costs, returns or exchanges on international orders are not allowed. All sales are final on international orders. Please enter your phone number during checkout for international orders in case there is an issue with delivery, address, or customs. Please note: duties or customs may be due upon delivery in some countries for certain products. Wrong addresses for international orders are not sent back to us and cannot be refunded

    Refunds (if applicable)

    • Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
    • If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
    • Please note:  Only products are refunded, outgoing shipping charges (i.e. expedited shipping, oversized shipping charges) are not refunded.

    Sale items (if applicable)

    Sale items can only be refunded for the purchase (sale) price.

    Exchanges (if applicable)

    If you need to exchange something, send us an email at dustin@surfersguild.com. Exchanges are free for all items except oversized items (surfboards)

    Gifts

    If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

    If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will find out about your return.

    You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Outgoing shipping costs are non-refundable. We can also provide a shipping label at your request, and deduct the cost of this return shipping label  from your refund.

    Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

    If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
